Dr. Princy from the Department of public health dentistry , Meenakshi Ammal Dental College Chennai, conducted a talk on oral health awareness on 29.07.2022( Friday) for classes IX and X. Dr Princy gave an introduction about basic oral hygiene, followed by oral gingivitis(gum disease) how to keep gums healthy, malocclusion its symptoms and prevention, Oral cancer and prevention and a Healthy lifestyle which is very essential for healthy teeth and gums.
